You and your colleagues are invited to join WA’s LabVIEW User Community at the final LabVIEW User Group Meeting for 2009 – the Festive Edition.

See LabVIEW, talk LabVIEW, and then chill out with end-of-year drinks and a barbecue!

Agenda

LabVIEW User Solution

Paul Davey, Senior Research Officer with Curtin University of Technology’s Department of Physiotherapy, will show some LabVIEW applications developed for use in their Motion Analysis Laboratory. There will be something for everyone – lots of motion, a little bit of ActiveX, LVOOP, and Shared Variables, from someone with 9 years LabVIEW development experience.

Tips and Techniques

Jonathon Green from ICON Technologies will present 10 tips and tricks to help you produce well-designed LabVIEW code more quickly and easily. These tips follow on from Jon’s very well received talk on new features in LabVIEW 2009 that he presented at the last user group meeting. Jon might just run out of useful LabVIEW insights by the time LabVIEW 2010 launches next year, but we wouldn’t bet on it!

As always there will be plenty of opportunities to mix with other LabVIEW users and get your LabVIEW questions answered.

So whether you are an experienced LabVIEW developer or a complete newcomer, come along and meet other LabVIEW enthusiasts, learn something new about LabVIEW and how it is used in the field, and enjoy a festive barbecue and refreshments with other users compliments of ICON Technologies and National Instruments.

LabVIEW, beer, and barbecue – could it get any better?
